On May 3, members of the U.S. House Committee on Science, Space, and Technology and Colorado congressional delegation joined leaders and scientists from CU Boulder to showcase university research and federal partnerships. Last year, CU Boulder merited $634 million in sponsored research funding, including $481 million from federal agencies. Given the committee’s jurisdiction over federal science agencies that regularly partner with CU Boulder, including NSF, NASA, NOAA, NIST and DOE, this visit served as a showcase of CU Boulder’s research achievements made possible through these federal partnerships.
